Media criticism affects employees
SWEDEN. Due to the public’s criticism of the banks, the working environment for Swedish bank employees has become alarmingly bad. This is the result from a report presented by the Financial Sector Union of Sweden (FSU-SE).
95 percent of the employees say they get criticism from the customers, and almost all believe that media criticism has made their working situation even worse.
Over half of the respondents argued that management did not support them in handling these criticisms.
