Michael Budolfsen new NFU President

NFU. As of today, April 3, Michael Budolfsen has been elected President of the Nordic Financial Unions (NFU) and Ulrika Boethius has been elected Vice President.

Michael Budolfsen, the vice-president of the Financial Services Union Denmark, has been a member of the NFU Management Board since 2009 and was today elected President of the NFU, which is the pan-Nordic organization for national finance and insurance unions in the five Nordic countries. NFU represents 160.000 finance employees.

“NFU works to achieve maximum influence on the regulation of the finance sector emanating both from the Nordic and European level. The NFU is a strong player backed by 150.000 finance employees and we work tirelessly to influence regulation in a direction that ensures that finance employees continue to thrive and develop in their jobs,” says Michael Budolfsen.

Ulrika Boethius is new Vice President, she is also the President of the Financial Services Union Sweden and has been a member of the NFU Management Board since 2012.
